The machine refurbished was a FRECH DAW 125 F die casting machine. It was completely cleaned, mechanically and hydraulically inspected, rebuilt with renewed components and subjected to a successful final functional test.

Distributors within the lubrication system were replaced during the refurbishment.
Pipe network replaced
The associated pipework was replaced with new components.
Operating terminal upgraded
The existing operating terminal was modernised and the control system was subsequently tested.
