Refurbished Frech DAW 125 F die-casting machine has been completed and delivered to the customer. Below you will find an overview of the machine's technical interfaces and a list of the refurbishment work carried out.

Digital interface for external unloading system (compatible with pick-and-place unit or robot)
- Integrated weighing scale
- Spraymat unit
- Core puller system:
- 1x core feeder on fixed plate
- Minimum 2x core puller units on ejector plate
Scope of Overhaul Service Performed:
✔ Full external and internal machine cleaning
✔ Hydraulic tank cleaned
✔ Dismantling and inspection of the closing unit for wear
✔ Bolt and bush tolerances checked (< 0.15 mm confirmed)
✔ Milling of both fixed and movable platen surfaces
✔ Tie bars re-chromed
✔ Operator terminal upgraded
✔ Central lubrication system inspected; distributor and piping replaced
✔ Installed 2x new access cylinders
✔ Injection system dismantled, checked, and new gaskets installed
✔ Hydraulic ejector dismantled, inspected, and fitted with new gaskets
✔ Closing cylinder dismantled, inspected, and fitted with new gaskets
✔ Hydraulic valves checked and tested
✔ Hydraulic pump checked
✔ Control system tested and verified
✔ Bosch Rexroth valve overhaul
✔ Machine groups reassembled and aligned
✔ Machine prepared and repainted
✔ Final functional test performed and passed
