The Piller VectorJet III is a highly flexible, CNC-controlled high-pressure water jet deburring equipment, which is primarily used for reliable deburring, precision cleaning and the removal of machining residues such as swarf from complex components.
The directly coupled vacuum dryer ensures completely residue-free and spotless drying afterwards, which in particular meets the strict residual contamination specifications in the automotive industry.
VectorJet III CNC high-pressure water jet equipment with the following features:
- Swivel table for loading and unloading components in line with the cycle time
- 2 rotary tables with threaded and pin-hole patterns for securing clamping devices
(rotary table diameter = 400 mm)
Component dimensions L x W x H: approx. 350 x 350 x 30 mm
Cycle time: 17.98 sec - The components are placed into the clamping fixture in the HD cell VJIII by a robot supplied by the customer, in parallel with the main cycle time
- A robot removes the components
- Automatic clamping fixtures (for Bi and B2 axes)
- 3 Z-axes for the flexible use of different water jets
- Includes WSD22 high-pressure supply system, equipped with:
HDP 142 high-pressure pumps (690 bar / 59 l/min / 75 kW)
2,000 I tank - Filtration: dual bag/cartridge filter unit (manually switchable)
